Online Sales
While Skin Saviour will make every effort to ensure that the information on skinsaviour.com.au is accurate and current, you acknowledge that errors or omissions may occur occasionally.
An agreement will not be formed after you submit an order on skinsaviour.com.au until Skin Saviour processes and accepts it, followed by a confirmation email and/or SMS. By placing an order online, you agree to receive communications (including emails and SMS) from Skin Saviour to facilitate the ordering process, such as confirming your order and providing updates on fulfillment and delivery. Additionally, by creating an account with Skin Saviour, you agree that your email address and mobile number will be added to the Skin Saviour mailing list.
If an error occurs regarding an order, such as a pricing or stock issue, Skin Saviour may decide not to fulfill the order, and you will be notified accordingly. If an order cannot be fulfilled, Skin Saviour will strive to inform you at the time of order placement or within a reasonable timeframe thereafter. In some cases, Skin Saviour may need to cancel an order after it has been processed, in which case a full refund will be issued. This includes, but is not limited to, situations where there is suspicion of unauthorized use of the credit card holder’s information.
Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your account, login details, and computer secure and confidential at all times. Any activity conducted under your account is solely your responsibility. Payment
Skin Saviour accepts the following forms of payment: Credit card (Amex, Visa and MasterCard) via Stripe, PayPal and Afterpay.

By using these services, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the terms set by the third-party payment providers. Skin Saviour is not responsible for any issues, losses, or damages that may arise from these services. For any concerns related to a third-party provider, please contact them directly.
You agree to pay Skin Saviour the listed purchase price for products, which may be subject to accidental errors or omissions. Skin Saviour reserves the right to change prices at any time, with notifications of such changes posted on skinsaviour.com.au.
Full payment is required before products will be shipped. If your payment request is returned or denied by your financial institution, or remains unpaid for any reason, you may be responsible for any associated costs incurred by Skin Saviour, including bank fees and charges.
Delivery of Products
Skin Saviour delivers products within Australia only using delivery service providers. Skin Saviour will use its best endeavours to ship orders in accordance with the following delivery timelines: 3-5 days
Skin Saviour operates on business days from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. Orders placed after 2 PM will be processed on the next business day. Please note that the delivery timelines outlined in these terms are for guidance only, and Skin Saviour is not liable for any delays in dispatch or delivery.
Delivery service providers may adjust their fees periodically, and you agree that Skin Saviour may change the applicable postage fees at any time with prior notice, which will be provided by updating the fees on skinsaviour.com.au.
You authorize any person at the delivery address to receive your order. If no one is available to accept the delivery, the service provider may leave instructions on how to collect your order from the nearest Post Office or depot.
It is your responsibility to ensure your delivery address is accurate. Skin Saviour will not be liable for incorrect or failed deliveries resulting from inaccurate address details provided by you. If your order is undelivered due to an error on your part and is returned, Skin Saviour reserves the right to charge additional postage fees or to cancel your order and issue a refund in line with these terms.
Title & Risk
Skin Saviour retains title and ownership of all products ordered from skinsaviour.com.au until full payment is received, including any delivery or additional charges. The risk for each order transfers to you upon delivery to your specified address. You are required to sign for your delivery unless you have authorized it to be left unattended. If you authorize unattended delivery, the order will be considered delivered when it is left at your designated address. If a third party at the delivery address signs for your order, it will also be deemed delivered upon handover to that individual.
If Skin Saviour accepts a return of any goods, the risk associated with those goods will return to Skin Saviour once it confirms receipt of the returned items.
Lost or Damaged Orders
Please be aware that our standard delivery service includes tracking details. Tracking details of your order will be included in your dispatch confirmation email. If you suspect that your order has been lost or misdelivered, please reach out to Skin Saviour as soon as possible for an investigation. While we will look into missing orders, Skin Saviour does not accept responsibility or liability for any lost or misdelivered items. In cases of items lost or damaged during transit, you acknowledge that our liability is limited to the amount we can recover from our delivery service provider, minus our reasonable costs for investigating and applying for compensation, unless required otherwise by law.
Skin Saviour commits to packaging orders carefully to minimize the risk of damage during delivery. However, if your order arrives significantly damaged, please contact us at sales@skinsaviour.com.au to request a replacement. We will replace damaged or faulty products unless there is reasonable evidence suggesting that you caused or contributed to the issue. A damaged or faulty item will be replaced with an identical product upon reasonable evidence of damaged or incorrect product.

While Skin Saviour provides this information in good faith, it makes no warranties regarding its accuracy, appropriateness, or reliability. Force Majeure
At times, circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Skin Saviour (including, but not limited to, strikes, floods, fires and extreme weather events, computer malfunctions, failure of service providers to perform services or injury or illness of key personnel) may affect Skin Saviour’s ability to carry out its obligations to you. Should this occur, you release Skin Saviour from any obligation to dispatch your order while those circumstances continue. Whilst the force majeure circumstances continue, Skin Saviour may choose to cancel your order, or otherwise to complete you order once the force majeure event has come to an end. If a major delay is anticipated, Skin Saviour will contact you to discuss alternative arrangements.

When you place orders with Skin Saviour, your financial details will be passed through a secure server using the latest 128- bit SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology. Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises which pertains to these terms and conditions, or if you are unhappy with your product for any reason, please contact Skin Saviour at shop@skinsaviour.com.au in the first instance and Skin Saviour shall use its best efforts to resolve the issue to the mutual satisfaction of both parties. If Skin Saviour is unable to resolve a dispute within 30 business days, the parties agree to refer the matter to mediation in Melbourne, Victoria (unless an alternative venue is agreed by the parties in writing), with the costs of such mediation to be borne by the parties equally.
Each party agrees that it will not commence any proceedings in a Court or Tribunal until this clause has been complied with (other than in cases where interlocutory relief is being sought).

Currency and Pricing
All prices on skinsaviour.com.au are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST.
Changes to Terms

Enforcement of Rights
If we don’t immediately enforce any of our rights under these terms, this doesn’t mean we’ve waived those rights. Any waiver must be provided to you in writing to be valid.
Severability
If any part of these terms is found to violate the law or becomes invalid, we’ll modify that part to comply with the law. If that’s not possible, we’ll remove that part while keeping the rest of the terms intact and enforceable.
Complete Agreement
These terms and conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and other website terms, form the complete agreement between you and Skin Saviour regarding your use of our website and services.
Returns
We’re dedicated to delivering high quality products, but if your order is not up to standard, please get in contact with us. We are only able to accept returns on products which are deemed faulty or damaged. We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind. If your product is faulty, email us at sales@skinsaviour.com.au with your name and invoice number.
