What is NUMSKI used for?
NUMSKI is a skin cream containing lidocaine (lignocaine) that numbs skin prior to tattooing. It is a local anaesthetic combined with special agents which allow the product to pass through the skin. Once through the skin the numbing effect Numski produces, allows tattooing to be performed with a complete or significant reduction in pain. Numski is available as a cream which is applied directly to the skin. NUMSKI is not addictive.

Before you use NUMSKI
When you must not use this product:
Do not apply NUMSKI cream to any open wounds. Do not use NUMSKI if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. The ingredients in NUMSKI have been used for many years and no ill effects have been shown.

How to use NUMSKI
Directions: NUMSKI is a cream that is gently rubbed on to the skin. Always use gloves to rub the cream into the skin and then wait for approximately 20-30 minutes. On intact skin the most important thing to do is be sure that you apply NUMSKI at least 30 minutes before you are due to have the tattooing. NUMSKI can be left on for several hours and still work.

After using NUMSKI
Storage Keep your cream in the pack until it is time to use it. The packaging is oxygen free and will keep well after opening. Numski has a shelf life of 2 years. Keep NUMSKI in a cool dry place where the temperature stays below 30°C. Do not let it freeze. Keep it where young children cannot reach it.
